Card Reader Failure At GEJ's Polling Unit A National Embarrassment - Jega (READ BELOW)

INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega says the repeated failure of the Card Reader to read President Jonathan's PVC at his Polling Unit in Otuoke, Bayelsa earlier today was a National Embarrassment. He said this in an interview on NTA on 28h March.
